Chrono Shredder by Susanna Hertrich
The Chrono_Shredder is a device that makes past time tangible. It is a hybrid between calendar, clock and waste producing automaton. It has no on/off-button, thus it is unstoppable, just like time. It features the 365 days of the year represented on a paper-roll. The paper-roll is led through a hacked paper-shredder, which is programmed to use exactly 24 hours to shred one “day”.

Flogged Magazine is a PDF magazine that releases a monthly issue of great design projects that were rejected by clients. For all of us that have done or are doing the design gig, we understand all to well what that’s like. It really sucks to be really excited about a project, and come up with something great for it, only to have it rejected without educated reason. Finally the situation can now be celebrated, thanks to Flogged Magazine.
I was recently pondering what it would take to design a CSS gallery, when my favorite premium WordPress theme designer Elegant WordPress Themes released a theme that did most of the work for me. (Yes, that’s an affiliate link, but just so you know, I’m also a very happy customer.) I did a little CSS work so the site looks unique, but if you’re looking for quality premium themes for a very reasonable price, definitely check out Elegant WPT. The best part is that it is a themes “club”, so for only $19.95/yr, you get access to the entire theme archive, as well as access to the new, and very frequent theme releases.
MinimalSites.com is a CSS gallery featuring only minimalistic and simple website design. If you’re a designer, and love minimal designs and simplicity, this is definitely a site to check on regularly or to add to the feed reader.
